Jean, I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your presentation of the above mentioned course. I came away from the class knowing I could and would be able to interact effectively with just about anyone! During the course of my career, I have taken courses on many subjects given by various insurance companies. None of the facilitators from the other courses (CIGNA, CAN, and The Hartford to name a few), had the style and flair you possess. I hope to have the opportunity to attend more of your courses.
